Amy Lacoste Dupuy owner, operator, and founder of Lacoste Hair Designs. Amy opened LHD 12 years ago, after graduating from Aveda Institue of Covington. With many years of experience in the hair industry she has grown LHD at such a young age. She runs a full service Redken Broadway Salon well on their way to becoming Club 5th Ave members. Amy also expanded LHD's business program/education by becoming a Summit Salon. The hair industry is more then just Amy's dream its her passion.

Haley Harris
Cosmetologist
Haley Thomas is a wonderful manager/stylist at LHD. Haley came to LHD 9 years ago with in depth learning experiences from Aveda Institute Covington. She is a full time mommy but still makes time to explore her passion for cosmetology. Haley specializes in color, tape in extensions, party hair (updos), and haircut techniques.

Elizabeth, an Aveda Insititue of Covington Graduate, has been behind the chair for 10 years. She has worked at Lacoste Hair Designs for 5 of those awesome years and is now a Shift Leader. Elizabethspecializes in blonding services and so much more. Elizabeth has been an active member of our Summit business program, and seen a tremendous amount of growth. Being a full time mommy of 3 has been a key ingredient to her success behind the chair.

Shaina Lore

Shaina, a wonderful cosmetology/now assistant manager.. graduate from Ajor Beauty school, has brought so much talent to LHD. Shaina has been working for LHD for 5 years now and has grown her career tremendously through LHDs Summit program. Shaina is certified in Extreme eyelash extensions, and specializes in tape in hair extensions, foiling, and party hair (updos). She is a busy mom of 2, and continues to be an amazing addition to LHD

Hailey Francis

Hailey Francis is a talented graduate from VCC a Paul Mitchell partner school. She join LHDs team in May of 2019 as an associate to Shaina Armand working her way up through LHDs summit program becoming a successful L1 stylist. Hailey is an avid animal lover and super crafty. Haileys passion is makeup, blonding, and fantasy colors.

Madelynn has been part of LHDs front desk team for almost 3 years. Madelynn is currently attending school at Paul Mitchell beauty school of Metarie. She plans to start her cosmetology career at LHD after graduation in 2021.

Our Salon Company is excited to add Ashley Sixkiller, number 6 to be exact to our team. Ashley is a licensed cosmetologist who graduated from Aveda Institute of Covington. She started her journey at LHD with a passion for the beauty industry that started at a very your age. Mastering color and blonding at LHD her plan for success and happiness is definite. Ashely loves more than anything spending time with her family and fur babies.

Please help us in welcoming the newest member to LHD. Bryanna graduated from Paul Mitchell in July 2022 with dreams of success in the beauty industry. Bryanna's specialties include Balayage, Foiling, Silk Press, and Natural Hair. With a great number of specialties already Bryanna plans to add Extensions to her list.
